Delivery Time

• Deliveries will take 3 to 6 business days from the date of order.
• Delivery times will be from Monday to Saturday and will not occur on Sundays & Mercantile Holidays.
• Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on next business day.
• We will try our best to deliver orders within the allocated delivery time, unless there is an event outside our control.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery Charges will depend on your address and will be calculated at the checkout.
• Delivery Charges are applicable to exchange deliveries.

Exchange Policy

• You have 4 days from the delivered date to request an exchange.
• Product must be in original condition, tags intact.
• Exchange process takes 7-10 working days.
